I was about to have a cup of coffee with Bijay Dai at the Doko Restaurant, Putalisadak. My mobile started to vibrate, a vibration that brought the news... ' Abishey, ta pass bhais'....
and then.... A big smile... Then...?
'Yar.. malai ta kehi aaudaina,  ke garne yar...'

Hey Abish, its such a wonderful experience to get to know you. You are truely a nice and genuine person. Keep on it. We have many things to do together. And keep on thinking about what we talked when we met in KTM.

Settings for Motorola V3, L6, L7

1. Enter the main menu.

2. Select WebAccess ‘Web Sessions ‘New Entry

3. Enter Name: MERO

4. Scroll to GPRS
APN: mero

5. On Homepage,type:
http://merowap.com

6. Leave everything default and press done.

7. You are now ready to surf internet with Mero Mobile GPRS service.

Settings for Sony Ericsson k700, k750i

1. Enter the main menu.
2. Select Connect (Connectivity)? Data comm ? Data accounts
3. Press YES at Add account?
4. At Account type, select GPRS data.
5. Enter New account: MERO
6. Enter APN: mero
8. Enter Password: Leave this field blank
9. Press Save.
10. Again go to the main menu.
11. Select Connect (connectivity) ? Internet settings ? Internet Profiles
12. Add New profile
13. Enter Name: mero
14. Select Connect using: MERO
15. Changes made save? Yes
16. Selct the new profile just created click more ?advanced?change homepage
17. Use http://merowap.com as address

क्यान्सरको अर्को नराम्रो बानी एउटा ठाँउबाट अर्को ठाँउमा सर्ने हो । यउटा अँगमा उम्रेको क्यान्सर छेउकै अँग अथवा टाढाको अँगमा फैलियो भने त्यसलाई मेटास्टासिस भएको भनिन्छ । (Metastasis)

क्यान्सर कुन कुन अँगमा हुन सक्छ ?
क्यान्सर कुनै पनि अँगमा हुन सक्छ । पुरुषहरुमा फोक्सोको क्यान्सर , मुखको क्यान्सर धेरै भेटिन्छन् भने महिलाहरुमा पाठेघरको मुख (cervix) र स्तनको क्यान्सर ।
